Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please EMAIL your cancellation request to Frances Long, canadamoot@knowplace.ca. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, will be given for cancellations by January 22, 2013. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after January 22, 2013. Confirmed registrants, who do not attend and do not cancel by January 22, will be charged the entire registration fee. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
