Regardless of what industry you work in, your training needs to have a purpose and produce outcomes-whether they are to inform, teach, improve, or change. The trick is implementing a system for evaluating how effective your training is. This is where data and analytics come in. By collecting and analyzing data, you will begin to paint a picture of what aspects of training are working, where you need to improve, and the steps you need to take to make those improvements. This session will demonstrate why access to your learning data and analytics is crucial for achieving your training goals, how to implement a system for measuring the impact of your online training programs, and how to leverage your learning data to make improvements and quantify the outcomes of your training programs.
